GEST-COM Limited Partnership for Communication and Trade (hereafter: GEST-COM ) has been established on March 23rd, 1999. Its main activity is business administration and project management consultancy.
Since our establishment we follow the development of the utilisation of renewables energies in Hungary with special respect to the windpower development. GEST-COM possess appropriate experiences in respect of windpower development and in the field of energy storage systems assisting in maintaining the schedule of the wind turbines including their planing, organisation of construction and assuring the financial instruments for it. In case of constructing a wind farm it is a precondition, that no opposition be raised neither on behalf of the residents of the settlement, civil organisations, nor on behalf of the governmental agencies.
During the windpower development project we devote special attention to the question of becoming acquinted in time with the ownerships of the area. The construction of the wind farms hardly influences the agricultural utilisation of the lands, at the same time results significant additional income for the land owners. GEST-COM turns appropriate attention to the arrangement of this question.

The question of taking over the electrical energy produced by the wind farm determines essentially the economics of the investment GEST-COM devotes special attention to the handling of this question and aims for such an arrangement, which one takes into account the technical difficulties of the operation of the electrical grid as a system and the investors aims as well.
It is our experience and the actual economical conditions in Hungary confirm it, that these kind of investments are investments with returns on long term base.
